Table of Contents and TOC Planner

DY - for those who need a page number list with section headings,I have added a printable Table of Contents (TOC) that prints on 2 pieces of paper. This might be the most useful for those who use the software rather than the book. The headings paired with the page numbers could be used to convert lessons plans that have page numbers only.

TOC Planner - The second item that I've added is called "Plansning Pages" (pictured left) and it is basically a table of contents, a supply list and rule for planning for each module.

Sandy's Instructions
To make the cards start by printing off all 18 pages. Fold each page in half vertically so that the word and its definition are back-to-back. Tack with tape any two of these half pages together to create the originals that need to be copied front and back onto card stock. Nine pieces of card stock will be needed to make a complete set of flash cards.
