Grades and Attendance Whole Number

G & A Whole Number

G&A Whole Number requires a spreadsheet program. It is fully functional with Microsoft Excel. Read more about software compatibility on the G&A home page.

G&A Whole Number requires that you enter grades as Whole Numbers (do not enter grades as percentages). You can enter a decimal part such as: 88.14 and 99.6.

Deciding Weighted or Unweighted

Before downloading, decide if you need to weigh your child's grades or not.

Note: With the weighted version, you have the option of not weighing grades in all subjects.

1st: Choose a File Format: XLS or XLSX

2nd: Choose G & A Whole Number based on if you weigh grades
