Minimized vs. Maximized
Can you see the tabs in your file?
If not, then the file might be minimized in Excel. See images:
When a file is minimized inside of Excel, it will have the min/max buttons in a low position and you will have a window complete with header inside of the program. Many times this will hide the tabs, thus, no navigation between pages. | This image shows a file inside of Excel that is maximized. When the file is maximized, you will have the min/max button in the upper right hand side of the program. The file will not be surrounded by a window. The tabs will be at the bottom of the file. |
